Another local favourite!
Ramly burger has long became a household name here in Malaysia.
Every Malaysian knows it and at some point in their life, had a taste of it.
Let’s try to recreate this delicacy at home, shall we?
- Ramly burger patties
- 2 tsp of Maggie Seasoning Sauce
- 3⁄4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp oil
- 1⁄2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 tbsp black pepper sauce
- 1⁄2 tomato—lettuce
- 1⁄2 tbsp chilli sauce (sweet)
- 16 cucumber slices
Heat pan over medium heat and add butter. Take patties and pan-fry both sides of the patty. Add Maggie seasoning sauce to the patty as it’s being seared on the pan.
Spread butter on the hamburger bread and lightly brown them.
Heat oil over medium heat. Beat an egg and pour into oiled pan. Spread the egg to wrap the patty.
Place the patty (wrapped in egg) on the bread. Add cucumber slices, chilli sauce, mayonnaise and black pepper sauce. Top it with onion rings, slices of tomatoes and lettuce.
