Get Your Copper.
Copper works together with iron in red blood cell production.
It also helps the body to absorb iron.
Cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis can be prevented if the body receives enough copper nutrients.
Copper is used in pregnancy to support the baby’s development of tissues and organ systems.
You would need about 1.5 to 2 mg of copper every day during your pregnancy period.
Although necessary, copper is advised to be consumed naturally and not through supplements.
Food that provide copper are livers, oysters, spirulina, shiitake mushrooms, nuts, seeds, and dark chocolate.

Prepare for the signs of labour such as water breaks or mucus plug discharged.
Water breaks happens when there is a rupture on the amniotic sac which also indicates that your baby is ready for birth.
The clear, and odourless liquid may gush out or trickle down your leg depending on where the rupture of the amniotic sac happens.
When this happens you may wear a pad or sit on a towel to stay dry.
Contact your doctor if you don’t feel any contractions within 24-hours after your water breaks.
