You may experience backache more frequently now as your belly grows and your baby gaining in weight.
There are many ways to relieve the back pains; you may try exercising regularly or sleeping on your side.
Drink For You And Your Baby.
Water is an essential nutrient for the human body not just during pregnancy but for pregnant woman, they are encouraged to drink about 1.5 to 2 litres per day.
Water helps your body absorbs and transports nutrients throughout your body.
Drinking adequate amount of water helps in maintain the amniotic level and aids your baby’s kidney function.
Water is not limited to plain water but any form of liquid that you take also contributes to your daily water intake.
So spice it up as you like. You may even try making some fruit smoothies that is delicious, healthy, and full of benefits for your baby.

Your baby can come at any time now, so you should prepare all the things you would need to bring to the hospital when the time comes.
Get a bag big enough to fit all of your things including the baby items.
