Due to your baby’s developed sensitivity to sounds, it may react to sudden loud sounds.

You will definitely feel its reflexes now.

Dry Eyes Can Be A Bother.

Dry eyes are a common symptom during pregnancy that happens due to change of hormones where your body cannot produce enough tears to keep your eyes moist.

You can easily remedy this by taking more eye breaks or use a humidifier in your home.

However, if the discomfort persists, or there is redness in your eyes, or changes in your vision, do have visit with your doctor.

Manganese: What’s That?

Manganese is another nutrient that is good for your pregnancy, but excessive doses of this nutrient can be toxic.

Manganese helps to process carbohydrates, amino acids, and cholesterol.

It is also a mineral that helps in bone and cartilage formation.

Coffee, tea, black pepper, rice, mussels, oysters, whole grains are some of the food that content Manganese.

You would need about 2 mg of Manganese per day and never exceed 9 mg.
