Sweetness of the fruits mix in with the sourness of the yogurt.
Best part? You can eat until your hearts content without worrying that it will cost too much.
- 4 cups frozen raspberry (or any fruits you like, just don’t forget to freeze it overnight first)
- 3 Tablespoons agave nectar or honey
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (non-fat or full fat)
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Put all the ingredients into the blender, and blend away!
Pour the frozen yogurt into a container for easy storing in the fridge.
Scoop some frozen yogurt into a cup or small bowl, then top with your favorite toppings. We recommend some chopped fruits!
