Liquid is essential during pregnancy.
But that does not mean is only plain old water.
If you are tired of drinking water, try this mocktail for a little change.
It’s refreshing especially for weathers in Malaysia.
- 10 mint leaves, large or 15 small
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon honey
- sparkling water
- ice (optional)
- lime slices (optional)
- Place mint leaves and lime juice in a glass and muddle them together for 1 minute.
- Add the honey.
- Add the sparkling water.
- Garnish with lime slices, a sprig of mint, and/or fresh fruit.
