PREGNANCY WEEK 8: Second Month Milestone

In this week, the embryo is already moving its body but due to it being as small as a kidney bean, you would not feel it or even noticed the movements.

At the moment, the baby’s head would be bigger than its body because its brain grow and develops faster than its body but you don’t have to worry, in later weeks, it’s the body’s turn to grow faster than the brain making it proportion to the head.

  1. Lie on your stomach and then push up onto your hands and knees.
  2. Pull your abs in while slowly lower your chest towards the floor as you inhale.
  3. Exhale as you push up.
  4. Repeat for 6 to 10 reps and slowly increase the reps up to 20 to 24 per session.
